It sounds so cliché, but there is so much peace that comes with purpose. Doubt will emerge and obstacles that feel like they are set on your path to divert you from your purpose may slow your steps. But, where there is love and a purpose far greater than yourself, then there is a sweet spot that is like no other. A place where you get lost in the doing and the serving and the creating. It is golden. And it is there beyond the 9-5. It is there beyond the hustle and bustle. It is different for each of us. It may be all things wellness and creativity for me and for you it may be writing a book or teaching others to knit or designing you own line of clothing. Whatever it may be, make it uniquely yours because it was put on your heart for a reason. Start building that dream today. It will be worth it. I know because I did it. I left the corporate career. I followed my dreams and not because it made sense or because I was independently wealthy. I followed my dreams because I wanted to spend time present in my very own life. I wanted to watch my children grow and blossom at their own pace. I didn't want society to dictate the timelines. I wanted to be there for it. All of it. It has been seven years and I don't regret it for single moment. Now my path is expanding into Wildflowers & Thyme where my love for oils meets my creative genius and I create endless possibilities. And hopefully bless many souls along the way.
